REGULAR MEETING– 8:00 P.M.

1.      PB-1-2008-PUBLIC HEARING THE CLUB AT BRIARCLIFF MANOR AMENDED SITE PLAN, WETLAND, STEEP SLOPE REVIEW (CLASSIC RESIDENCE BY HYATT):  The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on an application from Briarcliff Manor Investors LLC (BMI) for an amendment to the site plan approval previously granted for a Continuing Care Retirement Community containing a total of 385 living units and support facilities on this site. The Planning Board will also obtain input in connection with the Planning Board’s review of the application under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).  The property is located at Scarborough Road, Lodge Road, and Central Drive and was formerly owned by The Kings College.

2.      PB-05-2006-OLD SLEEPY HOLLOW ESTATES, LLC-SUBDIVISION AND WETLAND APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to subdivide 5 acres into three (3) residential building lots in an R-40 zone.  Each lot is proposed to be serviced by public sewer and water and individual driveways. The property is located at 61 Old Sleepy Hollow Road.  The public hearing for this application was concluded at the June 12, 2007 meeting.

3.      PB-2-2008 – MANOR HOLDING CORP (1159-1175 PLEASANTVILLE ROAD) SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to approve a site plan to construct a retaining wall, re-grade and re-pave the existing parking area.  The property is located at 1159-1175 Pleasantville Road and is developed with an existing multi-tenant building.  
  
4.      PB-08-2008- MARGARET MCGARRITY - VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL):  The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit for an addition to an existing single family dwelling.  The property is located at 2 Valentine Road.
 
5.      PB-05-2008 – STEVEN RAPHAEL – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL):  The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit for an in-ground pool.  The property is located at 51 Burns Place.  

6.      VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

7.      NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for May 13, 2008. Next submission date for applicants is April 25, 2008.
