REGULAR MEETING– 8:00 P.M.

1.      PB-05-2006-OLD SLEEPY HOLLOW ESTATES, LLC-SUBDIVISION AND WETLAND APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to subdivide 5 acres into three (3) residential building lots in an R-40 zone.  Each lot is proposed to be serviced by public sewer and water and individual driveways. The property is located at 61 Old Sleepy Hollow Road.  The public hearing for this application was concluded at the June 12, 2007 meeting.

2.      PB-1-2008-THE CLUB AT BRIARCLIFF MANOR AMENDED SITE PLAN, WETLAND, STEEP SLOPE REVIEW (CLASSIC RESIDENCE BY HYATT) AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT RECOMMENDATION:  Briarcliff Manor Investors LLC (BMI) has filed for an amendment to the Site Plan Approval, Wetland Permit and Steep Slope Permit which the Planning Board will review.  In addition, upon referral from the Board of Trustees the Planning Board will review the Special Use Permit and provide recommendation to the Board of Trustees.  The property is located at Scarborough Road, Lodge Road, and Central Drive and was formerly owned by The Kings College.

3.      PB-2-2008 – MANOR HOLDING CORP (1159-1175 PLEASANTVILLE ROAD) SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to approve a site plan to construct a retaining wall, re-grade and re-pave the existing parking area.  The property is located at 1159-1175 Pleasantville Road and is developed with an existing multi-tenant building.  
  
4.      PB-13-2007- BARRY AND LINDA SCHWARTZ, SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to subdivide 3.6 acres into two (2) residential building lots and construct one (1) new dwelling.  The property is located at 140 Central Drive and located in the R20B Zoning District.
5.      PB-3-2008 – EURO PIZZA – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a sign permit.  Property located at 109 North State Road.  

6.      VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

7.      MINUTES: The Planning Board will review the January 2008 Minutes.  

8.      NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for March 11, 2008. Next submission date for applicants is February 22, 2008.
