REGULAR MEETING– 8:00 P.M.
1. PB-15-2006- PUBLIC HEARING - THE CLEARVIEW SCHOOL, SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to review an application to subdivide the property separating the area on which the residence is currently located (4+ acres) from the remaining parcel (17+ acres). The property is located at 550 Albany Post Road and located in the R30A Zoning District. The hearing will be opened and immediately adjourned to December 11, 2007.
2. PB-12-2007- ST. THERESA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH – AMENDED SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT RECOMMENDATION: St. Theresa’s Catholic Church has filed for an amendment to their Special Use Permit and for a site plan amendment. The amendment to the Special Use Permit relates directly to the amendments to the site plan. The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan and thereafter issue a recommendation concerning the Special Use Permit. Work includes a new pathway, lighting and stairway between the church and the school and associated regarding of property.
The property is located at 1394 Pleasantville Road.
3. PB-13-2007- BARRY AND LINDA SCHWARTZ, SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to subdivide 3.6 acres into two (2) residential building lots and construct one (1) new dwelling. The property is located at 140 Central Drive and located in the R20B Zoning District.
4. PB-14-2007- 139 SCARBOROUGH ROAD – TREE PLANTING PLAN: The Planning Board will review an application for a Tree Planting Plan as required by Chapter 220 – 9B of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor for property located at 139 Scarborough Road.
5. PB-15-2007 – EAST HILL CABINETRY – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a sign permit. Property located at 127 Woodside Avenue.
6. VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
7. NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for December 11, 2007. Next submission date for applicants is November 23, 2007.
