REGULAR MEETING– 8:00 P.M.


1.       PB-17-2005 – SLEEPY HOLLOW COUNTRY CLUB, SITE PLAN APPLICATION:  The Planning Board will review an application for Site Plan Approval.  The applicant is proposing modifications to the pool house.  The property is located at 777 Albany Post Road.
2.      PB-13-2005 PAC WATER CORP- SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will be reviewing a request for extension of a Final Plat approval granted January 10, 2006 for a property located on Cedar Drive East and Long Hill Road East.

3.      PB-05-2006-OLD SLEEPY HOLLOW ESTATES, LLC-SUBDIVISION AND WETLAND APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to subdivide 5 acres into three (3) residential building lots in an R-40 zone.  Each lot is proposed to be serviced by public sewer and water and individual driveways. The property is located at 61 Old Sleepy Hollow Road.  The public hearing for this application was concluded at the June 12, 2007 meeting.  
  
4.      VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

An application for a Building Permit for interior and exterior alterations is denied due to nonconformity with Column 2, Permitted Principal Uses of Schedule 220:A7 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.


V-9-2007        -       Tomescu, Ludwig & Khayat        81 Marlborough Rd.
An application for a Building Permit for an addition and alteration to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220:A5 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

V-10-2007       -       Trudeau, Sharon         14 Scarborough Road
An application for an amendment to your Building Permit for modifications made to work performed under Building Permit 7888 is denied due to nonconformity with Column 6, Maximum Lot to be Occupied by Buildings of Schedule 220:A5 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

6.      NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for August 14, 2007. Next submission date for applicants is July 27, 2007.
