Value Drugs - 89 North State Road - Façade Signage - The applicant, represented by Steve Chester of Signs Inc., submitted a rendering of three 2'x 6' frontal façade signs to be located at 89 North State Road.  The sign as presented is a wood carved sign, with a red background with blue letters with a white highlighting and goose neck lighting. The committee approved of the sign as presented.

G.I.S. Ice Cream & Smoothie- 76 North State Road - Façade Sign -  The applicant was not pre-sent.  However, the Committee acted on the re-submittal of the application.  The applicant was asked to resubmit a rendering with less lettering than the original application.  The sign as pre-sented is a wood carved sign, with multi color lettering, illuminated from above.  The committee was in favor of the application as presented.

Village of Briarcliff Manor - 1111 Pleasantville Road - Community Information Enclosed Posting Sign- The applicant was represented by Ingrid Richards Assistant Village Manager.  A modified rendering was submitted at the meeting.  The sign as presented is similar in color and style to the welcome signs that the Village has previously submitted.  The sign is an enclosed cabinet; the original application has two operable doors with single pains of glass, the modified has two operable doors with two over two glass panels.  After a lengthy discussion of the location of the sign, the committee recommended the original application.
