The monthly meeting of the Architectural Review Advisory Committee (ARAC) was held in the Village of Briarcliff Manor Municipal Building, 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, N.Y. on Monday, February 27, 2007, commencing at 7:40 p.m.
The following member was in attendance:
Joseph M. Pastore, Jr., Chair
Sarah A. Mayer, Cynthia B. Altman, Carla A. Wiltenburg and Michael Gelardi were ex-cused. However, the Chair conducted electronic conferences with Members Altman, Wiltenburg, and Mayer and each indicated support for both applications.
Jerry Quartucio, Zoning Inspector/Assistant Building Inspector
Briarcliff Chiropractic Office - 127 Woodside Avenue - Façade Sign - The applicant, represented by Signs Inc., submitted a rendering of a 18"'x 10' frontal façade sign to be located at 127 Woodside Avenue. The sign as presented is a wood carved sign, with a blue background with white letters, no lighting. The committee approved of the sign as presented.
Marta - 1123 Pleasantville Road - Site Plan - The applicant was present and also repre-sented by Mr. Greg McWilliams, Architect. Drawings SY-1, A-1, A-2 and a landscape plan was presented. The committee was in favor of the application as presented.
