The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
John Grenier (J.M. Grenier Associates) was present representing Sheryl Welch (the homeowner). Before the Board was an ANR plan, previously submitted and withdrawn without prejudice. Mr. Baker stated that he had received clarification on the matter from Town Counsel and asked members if they had formed an opinion on whether or not the plan deserved ANR endorsement. Mr. Manter stated that the plan should not be approved, and he suggested the homeowner pursue legal recourse to reverse the apparent loss of frontage from her property. Mr. Baker summarized information provided by Town Counsel, specifically that the Board should consider only the plan before them, prior history not being relevant to this application. The applicant chose not to submit the Form A application.
There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
