MEETING MINUTES

Mr. Baker called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
Mr. Duffy made a motion to approve the January 4, 2010 Meeting Minutes and the January 12, 2010 Public Hearing Minutes; Ms. Hucknall seconded the motion. All in favor; none opposed; motion approved.
At 7:00 p.m., Members met in joint session with the Board of Selectmen to recommend the appointment of Bill Manter to fill the vacancy caused by Jennifer McGrath’s resignation. On motion properly made and seconded, the appointment was approved (see Selectmen’s minutes).
There being no other business, the Planning Board meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
