James Venincasa (Lot 49 Main Street Retaining Wall issue) – Mr. Venincasa was in attendance.  A retaining wall was installed, but not what the Commission approved.  Chip said it is in roughly the right location and there is additional rip rap adjacent to the street.  Jeff agreed that the location is acceptable.  Stabilization is needed in the spring.  Mr. Venincasa was told to keep the erosion controls in and to pick up the trash and tree debris, but not to bring in a machine to cut up the stump.
