Joe McGrath made a motion to approve the Meeting Minutes dated July 16, 2012; Mark Coakley seconded; agreed.
Newton Pond – An Enforcement Order is being issued to the Town of Shrewsbury for violations at Newton Pond which are jurisdictional to Boylston. They are being asked to submit a Notice of Intent by September 4th.
A Certificate of Compliance was issued to Herbert French (DEP #115-224) for 266 Main Street.
