CHARLES JASIAK, TRUSTEE, 730 MAIN STREET REALTY TRUST – Public Hearing – Notice of Intent Application (730 Main Street). Resurface the existing gravel parking lot with new gravel and remove a soil pile from the buffer zone and resource area.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Patrick Healy, Engineer, Thompson Liston Associates, and Mr. Charles Jasiak, owner. Mr. Healy reviewed the site plan to re-gravel a parking area and remove a loam pile at the location. Eco-Tec was hired to flag the wetland and identify the riparian zone boundary for the perennial stream north of the site. Various considerations for stormwater management were discussed. A detailed site plan and pollution prevention plan were reviewed, along with the abutter notification information. A motion was made by Joe McGrath, and seconded by Charlene Franz to close the Public Hearing, which was approved unanimously. A motion was made by Chip to issue a standard Order of Conditions, with Special Conditions 20 through 32. The motion was seconded by Joe and
approved unanimously. The Commission signed the Order of Conditions.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
Vouchers and time sheets were approved by Chip.
A motion was made by Joe to approve the Meeting Minutes dated January 17, 2012. The motion was seconded by Charlene, and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Joe to issue a Certificate of Compliance to Gene Muller for DEP#115-307 (186 Mile Hill Road). The motion was seconded by Charlene, and passed unanimously. It was noted that Joe visited the site, and the work appeared to be complete and the area stabilized.
A motion was made by Joe McGrath to issue a Certificate of Compliance to Shrewsbury Homes for DEP#115-314 (Redwood Circle, previously 377-386 Central Street). The motion was seconded by Charlene, and passed unanimously. It was noted that Joe visited the site, and the work was complete.
The Commission noted that the next Conservation Commission Meeting will be March 19, 2012.
Chip made a motion to adjourn; Charlene seconded; unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
