TOM HEALY (Steland Investments, Inc./Nouria Energy) – Informal discussion regarding redevelopment of the former Mobil Station (328 Shrewsbury Street).
Tom Healy and Pete Sharon were present to informally discuss the former Mobil station. They intend to redevelop it and need city water because they feel the wells are not good enough. Both sides of the road were looked at, with the west side being more favorable. The wetlands are on the east side. Mr. Healy said the wetlands were previously flagged for Mobil. Less than one acre will be disturbed. They were advised to file a Request for Determination of Applicability and to prepare and include erosion control measures on the plan.

Mark Coakley made a motion to approve the December 20, 2010 Meeting Minutes; Charlene Franz seconded; all agreed.
Correspondence was reviewed.
