9:00am – Meeting called to order
Board voted to approve and sign the contract with E. E. Perkins, Inc., for Chapter 90 road work on Linden Street. Motion by Selectman Underwood, second by Selectman May. All in favor.
Board voted to approve and sign the contract with On-Site Engineering Co. for the Sewer Study along Route 140. Motion by Selectman Underwood, second by Selectman May. All in favor.
Discussion of the need for a Special Town Meeting. Selectman May thought a STM was appropriate for the zoning issue at Compasse Pointe. After some discussion it was decided that a STM was not necessary.
Selectman May advised the Board about his meeting the Director of the MWRA. His discussion at MWRA centered on a few points including:
- MWRA ownership of many acres of land in Boylston and the PILOT received.
- Recreational opportunities around and on the Reservoir.
- Help with a Sewer System along RT. 140.
Selectman Underwood moved for adjournment, Seconded by Selectman May. All in favor.
