Financial Warrants were signed in approval.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM.
Replacement for Patrol Sergeant: Police Chief Sahagian is to recommend a replacement for a patrol sergeant. He read a two-page statement regarding his decision. All seven eligible officers applied for the post. A screening committee comprised of three people separately reviewed resumes. All applicants had a one-hour interview with the Chief.
The Chief is nominating Officer Robert Thomas, a member since 1999 with 11 years as a full-time officer. He has a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in criminal justice.
Ken Sydow asked Town Counsel the proper way to vote. Steve said they should vote to authorize the Chief to make the appointment.
Jim Wood made a motion to support the Chief’s recommendation to appoint officer Robert C. Thomas to the position of Patrol Sergeant. Matt Mecum seconded the motion. Voted all in favor.
Small Business Association Lease Agreement Approval signed in agreement by the Board.

At 9:11 AM Jim Wood made a motion, seconded by Matt Mecum, to adjourn. Voted all in favor.
