Date of Meeting: Friday, February 5, 2010

Time: 3:30-4:20PM
Members Present: Chairman James Stanton; Roger Deal; Ken Sydow
Others Present: Nancy Colbert, Town Administrator; Lori Esposito, Administrative Assistant
Town-Owned Parcels: A brief discussion was held regarding Town-owned parcels and what could potentially be up for auction. Paul Zekos is to attend the next Selectmen’s Meeting.
Personnel Board: Jim Stanton stated that Kim Rozak of Mirick O’Connell would charge $1600 for reviewing and advising the Board on the Personnel Bylaw.
Dick Prince was sworn in as a member of the Personnel Board but stated he was not sure if John Stowe and Larri Parker will continue on the Board since they assumed they would be meeting with the Board of Selectmen prior to the appointments.
Jim Stanton asked them to choose one person for a subcommittee. There would be five people, total: one Selectman, the Town Administrator, Labor Counsel, one from the Personnel Board and one at-large resident (possibly Sue Olsen?)
On-going Projects: The Town Administrator presented a list to the Board and asked them to prioritize. They briefly reviewed all topics on the list.
GIS Mapping: Possibly CMRPC doing it. Invite the Assessors in to discuss.
A real estate discussion was held to determine how to continue funding projects (Business Marketing). Proceeds from the sale of Town-owned tax-title properties has to go back to free cash because it is considered general revenue.
Motion made to adjourn; motion seconded; voted All in Favor.
Meeting adjourned at 4:20 PM.
