Town Counsel not present.
WBAC Building Permit Fee Waiver:
Ken Sydow made a motion to waive the fee for a building permit for WBAC; Roger Deal seconded the motion. Voted All in Favor.
Class II F & S Motors License:
Application was made to transfer a license and add Robert Colbert to the license inasmuch as his name is on the bond. The bond is due to be cancelled February 28, 2009. The question has been raised: do both names need to be on the bond?
Jim Stanton stated he was not sure; wants to ask Town Counsel and follow whatever process he says.
Assessors’ Update will be scheduled for March 9. Update on tax status of 140 business.
