Board met immediately prior to the Annual Town Meeting.
· Brief review of warrant articles and who would read each.
· Article #5 will be passed over per information from Treasurer that she no longer enters into compensating balance agreement.

· Ken Sydow motioned to have Atty. Berenson file with tax court to auction Hakala property (30 Stockton Street); motion seconded, voted all in favor.
· Ken Sydow motioned to retain services of auctioneer at direction and discretion of Town Counsel motion seconded, voted all in favor.
Philbin Property
· Ken Sydow motioned to approve expense for survey of property out of special article; motion seconded, voted all in favor.
