Nancy Colbert was present to formally execute Employment Agreement.
Final Agreement changed this morning by Stephen Madaus, due to commencement date not yet established. Contract will be executed; headed a clause to set a deadline date.
November 1 is the latest date to establish a start date.
Ken Sydow made a motion to authorize a written employment agreement between the Town and Ms. Nancy T. Colbert for the position of Town Administrator, in the form of the referenced document dated September 25, 2008. Roger Deal seconded the motion; voted All In Favor.
Ken Sydow made a second motion that the Board of Selectmen authorize the Board of Selectmen/the Chairman to execute, on behalf of the Town, the employment agreement for the position of Town Administrator with Ms. Nancy T. Colbert in the form of the referenced document dated September 25, 2008. Roger Deal seconded the motion; voted All In Favor.
