Action Items:
Discuss and vote on a proposed amendment to the lease with YOU Inc. for the Town property located at 1 Elmwood Place (the Flagg House).
Discuss and vote on SBA’s request for approval of a sublease on the cellular tower located on Town property leased to SBA at 221 Main Street.
Discuss financial support for Business Marketing Committee
