GENERAL BUSINESS
Vouchers were approved.
Matt motioned to approve the Meeting Minutes dated October 26, 2009; Gerry seconded; all agreed.
December 14th was confirmed as the date for the next BOH meeting.
AGENT’S REPORT
Seasonal/H1N1 Flu Update – To date, four clinics have been held (2 Seasonal and 2 H1N1). Specific age groups have been targeted by using the town census and emails. Children aged 6 months to 9 years have been vaccinated. Pregnant women have been encouraged to come to any clinic. The next targeted group (10 yrs. to 24 yrs.) will include Berlin and school choice children. Because of the potential large number, it will be held at the school. Dennis is looking to have the 2nd dose required for children in mid-December, possibly on a Saturday. Reporting is required for the state. Dennis will forward reports to the state. Using Facebook was discussed as a way to notify residents. Matt will follow-up.
