GENERAL BUSINESS
Vouchers were approved.
Matt motioned to approve the Meeting Minutes dated January 26, 2009; Lorie seconded; all agreed.
March 23, 2009 was confirmed as the date for the next BOH meeting.
Reorganization of the Board was talked about with further discussions to take place at the next meeting.
AGENT’S REPORT
81 Shrewsbury Street – When submitted, the installer (David Mercurio) as-built plan was not to code. It has since been corrected.
5 Reservoir Street – When submitted, the engineer (Norman Hill) as-built plan was not to code. It has since been corrected. Mr. Hill submitted a letter indicating his measurements were correct.
Tobacco (HOOKAH) – Dennis has been to several meetings and spoke with Attorney Wilson from the Mass Municipal Association. The Coalition would like to ban them, as well as the Board. Mr. Wilson would be willing to help the Board write the regulation. Dennis will follow-up.
Regionalization (State Level & Local Level) – Dennis informed the Board that a law has been passed regarding regionalization. Because of budget issues, it is something that more municipalities are willing to consider.
PLAN REVIEW
Lot 4A Sewall Street (Compass Pointe) – This plan can not be reviewed at this time, pending an answer from the developer as to whether the lot will remain in the subdivision or be removed. Should the lot remain in the subdivision, it can be approved subject to our prior regulations. Should the lot be removed from the subdivision, it is subject to current regulations and can not be approved.
Lot 5A Sewall Street (Compass Pointe) – Approved.
