The plans that were approved for this site were approved for commercial office space only and not approved for any type of food service. She was asked to send a letter to the board indicating exactly what she proposes and an architect’s plan of the area.
Vouchers were approved.

AGENT'S REPORT
West Nile Virus found in Boylston – A call was received from the State DPH stating that a blue jay was found to be positive for West Nile Virus. Dennis has been in contact with the schools, a Press Release was sent to the Banner, one will be sent to the Telegram & Gazette and also the schools, and will be put on the website. Central Mass Mosquito Control is in the process of setting up traps in the area.
Emergency Preparedness (Exercise Planning) – Dennis met with Ken Gikas, the new Region II consultant. He helped revise the COOP and Call Down List. The volunteer list from Worcester has not been received yet. Dennis has been working with Joe Flanagan (Fire Chief) regarding the flu clinic. Joe said our volunteers would be a co-group. Together they will draft a letter asking for help from residents. Two clinics will be run; one for the seniors only, and one for town residents. We will conduct the flu clinic for any residents who want it on November 17th at Tahanto from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. It will be an exercise for the Board, not an exercise training for Emergency Preparedness. It will need to be advertised mid to late October.
Longley Hill – A certified letter was sent and received by Mr. Ali concerning the condition of the site. He has not contacted the office nor cleaned the site. Further action will need to be taken.
