Present: Gerard Ahearn, Patrick Sullivan, Charles Lord, Jackie Smith, Nat Tipton (Town Planner)
1. Continuation of Pondside Hearing from November 3, 2004
Ahearn explained Jake Foote could not attend the meeting. Because members have to be present throughout the entire hearing to ultimately vote on the application, the Board on a motion by Patrick Sullivan (seconded by Gerard Ahearn) voted to continue the hearing to December 15, 2004 at 7:30pm.
