1. Opening of Riverside Hearing
Ahearn read the hearing notice and formally opened the hearing. Patrick Sullivan was not able to attend the hearing. However, the Board must open the hearing within 30 days of receiving the application. The applicant was given the option of proceeding without a fifth member. The applicant declined. On written request from the applicant, the Board voted to continue the hearing to June 15, 2005 at 7:30pm.
