Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Fire Union, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position.~ The Board will not reconvene to open session.

Public hearing on the petition of Nashoba Valley Winery (NVW, Ltd.) to amend the existing Agricultural/Business Use Special Permit to allow the construction of a new barn and an addition to the restaurant.~ The new barn will accommodate farming equipment and the addition is less than 300 square feet and will provide a better service area. The property is located at 92-100 Wattaquadock Hill Road, Bolton, MA 01740.~~
