1.	6:30 to 7:00 p.m.	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, Section 21 (a) 2 to discuss strategy with respect to contract negotiations with non-union personnel. The Board will reconvene to open session.
2.	7:00 to 7:05 p.m.	Discussion and possible vote on Town Administrator contract
3.	7:05 to 7:10 p.m.	Town Administrator Report Update on Devens Regional Hazardous Waste Collection Center Update on Special Town Meeting
4.	7:10 to 7:30 p.m.	Board of Selectmen Business Formation of Subcommittee for Camp Virginia Discussion regarding televising meetings of public interest Execute warrant for 2016 State Election on November 8, 2016 Minutes
5.	7:30 p.m.	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Fire Union, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position. The Board will not reconvene to open session.
