Close continued public hearing of June 23, 2016 on the petition of Verizon New England, Inc. and Massachusetts Electric Company (NGRD) to install one new pole numbered T.11S/E.11-1 on the westerly side of Sugar Road at a point approximately 1418’ southerly from the centerline of Powder Hill Road due to the application being withdrawn.

Public hearing on the application of Fotini’s Restaurant & Bar, Inc., Bolton, Ma 01740, for an alteration of the licensed premises at 544 Wattaquadock Hill Road, Bolton, Ma 01740.  The intent of the alteration is to serve alcohol on the exterior deck.

  • Eagle Scout Invitation and Commendation for Julian H. Travis, Michael T. Czekanski and John Czekanski for signature
  • Review and approve end of year transfers from various departments to snow and ice account
  • Review and accept Conservation Restriction from the Sullivan family for 252 West Berlin Road (Brian Berube)
  • Discussion regarding DPW spraying Conservation trails
  • Execute the Lease Agreement between the Town of Bolton and the Conservation Trust, Inc. for the Houghton Building
