Town Hall – 7:00 p.m.

1.	7:00 to 7:05 p.m.	Request from Lisa Shepple, Bolton Youth Baseball League, for permission to hold a parade on opening day (April 25^th at 12 noon) starting at Emerson School parking lot, onto Main Street (west) and left onto Wattaquadock Hill Road to Memorial field
2.	7:05 to 7:10 p.m.	Request from Sarah Baum, Co-Captain of a Relay for Life team, for permission to hold a voluntary community toll booth on Route 117 on May 2 or May 9, 2009
3.	7:10 to 7:15 p.m.	Request from the Alzheimer’s Association, sponsor of the 13^th annual Memorial Ride, for permission to have a pit stop in Bolton (at Broomfield building) for the charity bicycle event
4.	7:15 to 8:00 p.m.	Review of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant
5.	8:00 to 8:10 p.m.	Town Administrator Report Town of Bolton wins e-Government Award for the quality of the content on our town webpage Miscellaneous
6.	8:10 to 8:40 p.m.	Board of Selectmen Business Minutes Discuss the Emergency Management Coordinator position and review the job description Discussion regarding Stephenson property Transfer Station stickers Report on Tri-Town Meeting (held in Stow on 3/11/09)
