Notice of Public Hearing for
Special Permit and Site Plan Approval
The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 663 Main Street, Bolton, to act upon the application of Omnipoint Communications, Inc. to install, operate and maintain a wireless communications facility on and next to the existing 150-foot tall monopole pursuant to Sections 2.2.3, 2.5.7, 2.5.5. of the Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Bolton. The property is located at 41 Main Street.
The application and plans are available for review at the Town Secretary’s office in the Town Hall on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-2:30 p.m., Tuesday, 9 to 4:00 p.m. and at the Town Clerk’s office, Tuesday evening 6-8:00 p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan, should appear at the time and place designated.
