Meeting Location: Florence Sawyer Conference Room Begin: 6:40 PM End: 06:50 PM
1. The above members of the committee met briefly to discuss issues raised by Selectman Curt Plante. Timelines were discussed and Tom Pokorney was given the position of spokesperson for the group. Committee then adjourned to attend the Selectman’s meeting for the 7:20 agenda spot.
PLEASE NOTE that the above minutes were approved via email. Copies of the minutes were sent to each member and after a period of time, they were emailed to Linda Day, Bolton (6/29).
