7:30    Taggart Property on Forbush Mill Road
Discussion with Kent Oldfield (Whitman and Bingham) and Greg Liscotti (Liscotti Development) on preliminary plans for development on Taggart property on Forbush Hill Road.

HEARINGS
7:45    Backland Lot Hearing
Landquest Ltd.    Wattaquadock Hill Road
Proposal would create six (6) Backland Lots and four (4) Approval Not Required (ANR) Lots with frontage on Wattaquadock Hill Road  (near Manor Road).  This hearing is continued from March 23, 2005.  Applicants are also seeking Planning Board endorsement of one ANR lot located at the corner of Manor and Wattaquadock Hill Roads.  

8:30    Backland Lot Hearing
Apple Valley Homes Inc.  West Berlin Road
Proposal would create two (2) Backland Lots and two (2) Approval Not Required (ANR) Lots with frontage on West Berlin Road.  This hearing is continued from March 23, 2005.

9:00    Definitive Subdivision Plan Hearing
Century Mill Estates - Century Mill Road
The Plan before the Board would create five (5) lots on property located on Century Mill Road.  The applicant (Merchant Financial Services) is seeking definitive approval of the plan from the Board.

Proposal would create one (1) Backland Lot with frontage between 104 and 132 Nourse Road.

Bylaw Amendment Hearing - 2.5.5.2(a)
Proposal would amend Bolton zoning bylaws as follows at town meeting on May 2, 2005 (text proposed to be added in underline):
2.5.5.2  Activity Regulations
No such use shall:
(a)  Store or use volatile or poisonous liquids in excess of 20,000 gallons.

FOSPRD Hearing - Century Mill Estates
Proposal would create 78 housing lots on 203 acres off of Century Mill Road and Spectacle Hill Road.
