8:00 pm Common Driveway - Wattaquadock Hill Road
Applicant: Robert Jones
The Board is holding a bond in the amount of $13,500 to ensure completion of the Common Driveway. Review an agreement between the residents, the developer Randy Boyle and the town to release monies to the Home Owners Association upon completion of the common driveway.
8:30 pm Northwoods Subdivision – off Warner Road
Applicant: Larry Ducharme
Mr. Ducharme would like to have an informal discussion regarding the relocating of lot 36 to lots 17 & 19. (lot 36 would become open space and/or lot line change with lot 37. And lots 17 and 19 would have lot line changes to allow for 3 lots (accommodating lot 36).
