  • Discuss creating a consortium run by Parks and Recreation that brings together the heads of each of Bolton’s organized sports teams.  This will enable us to better understand the individual needs of each group and fairly disperse town funds and services across each of them.   
  • Update on the “Holiday Tree” (Karen)
  • Discuss the idea raised to decorate the tree for all the seasons and to use specific holidays to raise money for different events or activities in town.
