Minutes:
The minutes of the April 6th 2009 meeting were approved.
Director’s Report:
Kelly has been working on the new library web site. A Senior Tax Rebate Program participant has been taking and posting photos of the construction site.
Kelly is working on revising job descriptions with the intention of reviewing them with the trustees prior to presenting them to Don Lowe.
Memorial Day:
A motion was made by Bob, seconded by Roland, and passed unanimously to close the library on the Saturday before Memorial Day.
Summer Hours:
A motion was made by Chris, seconded by Bob and passes unanimously to close the library on Saturdays during the summer.
The next meeting will be Monday, June 8th at 6:00 p.m. in the temporary quarters.
