BOARD OF HEALTH MINUTES
Meeting Held at the Houghton Building on January 22, 2013 at 6:30 PM
Members Present: Christopher Slade, Chair, Christopher Rogers, Member and Laura Andrews, Clerk
Also Present: Bill Brookings, Health Agent, Nashoba Associated Boards of Health and
Michelle Carlisle, Health and Permitting Assistant
Call to order: 6:34pm
Minutes reviewed for 1/8/13:
- L. Andrews moved to approve the minutes of 1/8/13, C. Rogers 2nd. All in favor 3/0.
Mail Reviewed:
Action/Discussion:
- 133 Green Rd., Guyer – finish basement possible deed restriction.
- Board reviewed the sketch to determine a room count. Board has determined that a 4 bedroom deed restriction is not required because they count a total of 9 rooms including the finished basement.
- C. Slade signed the building application.
- M. Carlisle to inform applicant.
- C. Rogers asked C. Slade how his meeting went with Advisory went. C. Slade stated very good. They asked him to look into a prescription drug drop-off.
- C. Slade approached Police Chief Vin Alfano and asked him if it was possible to do it at the Police Station.
- Chief Alfano will brief the Board of Selectmen regarding this suggestion. C. Slade stated the Police Chief has already done all the research on this.
Building Permits Reviewed:
- 111 Hudson Rd., Bonazzoli – replace garage slab. B. Brookings signed 1/15/13.
Septic Permits Reviewed:
- Lot 1 Harvard Rd., Smith/Churchill - permit transfer. Move to next agenda.
- Lots 3&4 Harvard Rd., Jackson/Bedrosian – permit transfer. Board approved.
- Lots 54A, 55A&56A Cider Circle – Old Stone Estates – revised plan. Move to next agenda.
Inspections reviewed:
L. Andrews moved to adjourn the Board of Health meeting at 6:49pm, C. Rogers 2nd. All in favor 3/0.
