Michelle Carlisle, Health and Permitting Assistant
Call to order: 8:22am
New Building Permits:
- 302 Harvard Road, Venincasa – finish attic. 4 bedroom deed restriction required.
- Board signed restriction.
- M. Carlisle to send to applicant to record.
- 37 Mill Pond Rd. lot 48A, Old Stone Estates – finish attic.
- Board agreed that Bill Brookings could sign.
- 81 Oak Trail, Catalano – New dwelling, 13 rooms, requires 5 bedroom deed restriction.
- M. Carlisle to send letter with deed restriction language.
Action/Discussion:
- Board signed Garbage License for Waste Not.
Building Permits Reviewed:
- 294 Vaughn Hill Rd., Farinella – remodel porch. Bill signed 4/27/12.
- 167 Annie Moore Rd., Alexander – 3 season room. Bill signed 5/1/12.
139 Oak Trail, Butler – new dwelling. Bill signed 5/11/12.
- 308 Harvard Rd., Post – bathroom remodel. Bill signed 5/11/12.
Septic Permits Reviewed:
- Lot 55A Cider Circle, Old Stone Estates – new septic permit.
- Board will not sign until a copy of the recorded covenant is received.
- Move to next agenda.
- 46 Frye Rd., Aubuchon – D box permit. Board approved.
- Holding COC until issue of garbage grinder is resolved.
- 32 Spectacle Hill Rd., Goddard – septic tank replacement. Board approved.
- 229 S. Bolton Rd., Rettinger – sewer line replacement. Board approved.
- Apple Valley Homes, Lot 3 W. Berlin Rd. – new septic permit.
- Sunset Ridge Lane, Bldg. 14, Heritage Properties – sewer line permit.
Inspections reviewed:
- 46 Frye Rd., Aubuchon – Title 5.
- Garbage grinder section left blank.
- M. Carlisle to send letter.
- 15 Woodside Dr., Cordeiro – Title 5. Board approved.
- 191 Fox Run Rd., Runtagh – Title 5. Board approved.
- 56 Annie Moore Rd., Ruark – Title 5. Board approved.
