BOARD OF HEALTH MINUTES
Meeting Held at Town Hall on March 7, 2011 at 8:30a.m.
Members Present: Christopher Slade, Chair and Christopher Rogers, Member
Not Present: Laura Andrews, Clerk
Also Present: Bill Brookings, Health Agent, Nashoba Associated Boards of Health and
Michelle Carlisle, Health and Permitting Assistant
Call to order: 8:32am
Building Permits Reviewed:
- 16 Annie Moore Road – finishing the basement which brings the room count over for the septic design. Deed restriction is required.
- C. Rogers moved to require a 4 bedroom deed restriction as a condition of approving the building permit, C. Slade 2nd. All in favor.
Septic Permits Reviewed:
- 746 Main Street – requesting an extension on their septic permit.
- Board agreed to extend the permit but a Certificate of Compliance must be executed by 7/1/11.
C. Slade motioned to adjourn at 8:40am, C. Rogers 2nd. All in favor.
