BOARD OF HEALTH MINUTES
Meeting held at Town Hall on December 1, 2009 6:30 pm

QUAKER LANE BEAVER ACTIVITY UPDATE
The Board agreed that if DPW is working with MASS DOT to address the beaver activity in the culvert we should send an email or call Andrea Dixon to give her this information.

The Board reviewed the Asbestos Notification Form ANF-001 form.
HOUGHTON FARM DEVELOPMENT
The Board reviewed and made note of an email received from Martha Remington.
MONITORING WELLS
The Board discussed an email received by Joel Frisch asking if the monitoring wells testing can be done. The Board agreed that until they have reviewed the DEP testing requirements they will not do the sampling.
H1N1 CLINIC NOTIFICATION OF PRESCHOOLER/DAY CARE PROGRAMS
The Board reviewed an email from Patty Trahman about H1N1 Clinic Notification of preschooler/day care programs. The Board recommended that this information be communicated by a town crier ad in the Bolton Common, post to our website and maybe on the sign in front of the Houghton Building on Main Street.
PROPER DISPOSAL OF PHARMACEUTICALS
The Board suggests that we contact Bolton Family Medicine for direction.

694 Main St. – Main house & apartment. The Board reviewed the report and found no failure criteria.
453 Harvard Rd. - The Board reviewed the report and found that the system is in failure, duplicate page 8, no page 9, 3 vs. 4 bedrooms, has garbage grinder, mislabeled road and no well shown on sketch.
