Committee convened at 7pm
Primary item for discussion was preparation for Stretch Code presentation at May 2, 2011 Town Meeting to support the Committee’s Stretch Code article on warrant; Committee members suggested some changes to presentation and Paul incorporated.
Committee noted that we should highlight in all communications that this is the only article that can be expected to save money for the town (Green Communities Grant).
Margaret announced that she and Don Lowe are meeting with National Grid Whole Bldg Assessment staff, Anita Hagerspiel and Peter Russo, at 1:30pmon Tues 4/26. This is a kick off meeting to initiate assessment of targeted town buildings. This information will help inform our energy reduction plan to be submitted with Green Communities application. Bill

- Martha write letter to editor for Bolton Common
- Martha tell Ryan to see Linda to get sworn in
- Burt contact Linda to alert Town Moderator that Paul will do a Powerpoint presentation
- Martha confirm with Ian: be ready re: $3000 for avg house
- Margaret might make extra slide with matrix re: what measures Stretch requires vs. base bldg code
- Ted reminded us that we need a letter from town counsel affirming that town has as of right zoning for renewable energy manufacturing facilities;
