o Ted is going tocontinue gathering energy use data.
o Margaret will workwith Shelly and intern to get data into Mass Energy Insight.
o Margaret is going totalk with Felipe to get the National Grid for the Florence Sawyer School and Emerson entered into Mass Energy Insight
o Felipe is going toverify that we can include just Emerson and Sawyer and not the HS.
o Eric from DMI willtalk with Margaret about what has been done so far on town buildings. Margaret and Eric will conclude on the Base Line year.
o Bill Spratt willpull together a bullet list of energy conservation efforts completed so far on Emerson and Sawyer. This will go to consultants and energy committee.
o The energy committeewill discuss ideas on additional ways to conserve.
o Bill Spratt willprovide his energy conservation plan for Emerson and Sawyer.
o The energy committee will produce an energy reduction plan with the goal of meeting 20% reduction in use in 5 years from the base line year.
o The energy committee will get written approval from Selectmen and School Committee for the energy reduction plan.
o The consultants willcome to Bolton and present their action plan. Attendees should include member of Selectmen and School Committee.
