Meeting Minutes
November 8, 2004

Present: Barbara Alberts-Pirani, Pat Bensetler, Kerry Hoffman, Laura Burke, Susan Tripp, Kate Weiss-Gordon
Absent: None
1. Minutes from the meeting of October 23, 2003 were approved.
2. Kerry Hoffman presented the treasurer’s report which was approved. Total funds to grant for the FY05 grant cycle are $2,587.16.
3. Kate Weiss-Gordon presented the chair’s report. BCC is now included in the Town of placeCityBolton website. MCC new member training is now online. Due to attrition of membership terms, new members will be need in 2005. Members were asked to consider and suggest potential new members.
4. The FY05 grant applications received were reviewed and either approved or denied. The following members filed MCC conflict of interest forms and recused from voting on applications as follows:
Susan Tripp — Council on Aging

Rejection and award correspondence along with appropriate firms will be sent in accordance with MCC guidelines. The press release announcing the grants awarded will be sent to The PersonNameBolton Common.
5. No members of the public attended the meeting to offer comments.
