REQUEST FOR A DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY (RDA); NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI), ABBREVIATED NOTICE OF RESOURCE AREA DELINEATION (ANRAD), ORDER OF CONDITIONS (OOC)

8:00pm Executive Session in accordance with the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a), pursuant to Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding an alleged wetlands violation on DiPietro property on the Stow/Bolton town line (Maple
Street/Teele Road) if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the Town.~ The Conservation Commission will not reconvene to open session.
