The Capital Planning Committee (CPC) met at the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.
Discussed how to rank and evaluate all the capital requests.
It was decided that the current ranking system does not accurately categorize and prioritize the requests.
We decided to create 4 categories.

~Necessary but can wait
~Nice to have
~Not Needed
We will then give pros and cons for each request.
The requests are too different in order to rank them against each other. We went through each request and assigned them into a category.
