~Schedule Talk (Capital Requests due 11/17/2011)
~All departments (including Fire, DPW, Police, Ambulance, School District, Conservation, Town Admin, Senior Center) are asked to come in to discuss 5 year plan
~Set up Preliminary meeting with Advisory Committee
~Discuss requests Don knows will be coming in.
