Meeting Minutes:
1. Meeting called to order 5:30 pm.
2. Board and Scheid discussed implementation of Arklow valuation and disposition of
fy06 and fy07 abatements.
3. Bradbury/Scheid will resume Arklow 61B classification for fy08.
4. Group discussed the fy08 proposed valuations and the overall declining growth
numbers.
5. Bartsch parcel, co-ownership with exempt, discussion and recommendation
rendered.
6. Meeting adjourned 7:00 pm, motion by Nichols, second by Mason. Next Meeting
TBD.
