2. Board and Scheid conducted general discussion CPA/current market trends.
3. Board met with Selectmen at 7:30 pm regarding 2006 market conditions and new growth.
4. Meeting adjourned 8:15 pm. Next Board meeting set for April 10, 2007; and will be posted.
