Board of Assessors Meeting

1. Meeting called to order 6:15 pm.
2. Scheid and Manzello recapped the new growth certification with Board - issues with the wireless
telecom and amended new growth etc.
3. Board recognized Johnson for her passage of Course 101.
4. Board signed their portions of the FY2007 Recap.
5. Board voted unanimously to set policy that all recorded Farmland Restricted "FR", encumbered
land automatically receive 61 A status negating the requirements of annual applications.
6. Scheid updated Board that the Arklow ATB case has been postponed to February 14, 2007.
