1. Meeting called to order 6:15 pm.
2. Discussion on parcels on Main St and Randall Rd. More information will be gathered.
3. Rollback tax and information provided to Chapter 61 property owner for land removal and release of lien.
4. Scheid presented final fy07 valuation proposed values, reviewed by Board. Board vote unanimous to
accept fy07 values.
5. Next meeting is Tuesday, November 7.
6. Meeting adjourned 8:00 pm, motion by Nichols second by Bonina.
