Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes October 17, 2006
Attendees: Johnson, Nichols, Bonina, Scheid, Bradbury, Franco Rossi & Tim Fountain of Cartographics Inc.
1) Meeting called to order 6:05 pm.
2) Board voted fy08 new growth, fy08 overlay reserve amounts, and multi-year overlay returns. Memo sent to
Jodi Ross for fy08 budget process.
3) Board discussed and made disposition of the Cartographics invoice for fy07 map updates.
4) Franco Rossi and Tim Fountain of Cartographics provided information to the Board on the current state of
Bolton digitized data; and presented an overview of the process required to achieve precision, ground control
digitized data.
5) Cartographics will meet with the Board again in November, to discuss their Query Manager application, a
front end tool suite to ArcView GIS.
6) Next meeting is TBD.
7) Meeting adjourned 8:15 pm, motion by Johnson, second by Bonina.
