Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes September 19, 2006
Attendees: Johnson, Nichols, Bonina, Scheid & Bradbury
1) Meeting called to order 6:05 pm.
2) Board, Scheid, Bradbury discussed and Board finalized recommendation regarding fy07 telecommunication
values. Scheid to brief Town Administrator on telecommunication status.
3) Scheid provided update on 2006 ATB cases in progress.
4) Scheid/Bradbury updated Board on fy07 process regarding 40Bs - affordable housing.
5) Disposition of general administrative business; next meeting is October 17, 2006, 6:00 pm, and will be posted.
6) Meeting adjourned 7:30 pm, motion by Bonina, second by Nichols.
